The purpose of this study is to determine the effect female board directors on company performance. Using a sample 144 family firms in Indonesia period 2018 2020. This examines relationship between and corporate accounting (ROA ROE) market-based performance (Tobin's Q). uses panel data approach with OLS measurements fixed effects model measurements. found that ownership significantly lowers Tobin's Q.
